MINNOCO (Minnesota Independent Oil Company) is a brand of gasoline developed for the members of the MSSA (Minnesota Service Station & Convenience Store Association) by the members of the MSSA. Allowing members of the Association the opportunity to own and control their own brand of fuel while offering alternative renewable fuels such as E85, E30, E15, 87, 89 and 91 octane fuels. Watch your Savings Grow with Minnoco!

Plymouth VIP Auto offers a variety of Fuels for all your vehicles needs! Regular (87 Octane), Unleaded Plus (88 Octane), Supra (89 Octane) Premium (91 Octane), Flex Fuel E30 and E85.

Ethanol=Renewable fuel derived from plant material.

Higher octane handles higher compression levels. It can prevent knocking, improve engine performance and gas mileage on some vehicles.

Unleaded Plus (88 Octane): Contains 85% gas & 15% Ethanol (E15)

This is the best value for most customers.

Unleaded Plus has a higher octane of 88. Regular unleaded is 87 octane. Unleaded Plus also contains 5% more ethanol than regular unleaded.
If your vehicle is 2001 or newer, you can use Unleaded Plus! The EPA tested Unleaded plus for over 6.5 million miles before approving its use.
It’s cheaper than regular unleaded! Unleaded Plus’s higher octane rating translates to more power for your vehicle. You’ll also be supporting home grown renewable fuels because Unleaded Plus contains 5% more ethanol than regular unleaded.

Regular (87 Octane): Contains 90% gas and 10% Ethanol

Most gasoline vehicles are designed to run on 87 octane, with others, a higher octane fuel is essential. Check your owner’s manual and use the octane rating required for your vehicle by the manufacturer. Using a lower octane fuel can cause the engine to run poorly and cause damage over time. It may also void your warranty. In older vehicles, the engine may make an noticeable “knocking” or “pinging” sound. Although, many newer vehicles can adjust to decrease this, your vehicles engine power and fuel economy will suffer.

Mid-grade (89 Octane): Contains 90% gas and 10% Ethanol

Check your owner’s manual and use the octane rating required for your vehicle by the manufacturer. Using a lower octane fuel can cause the engine to run poorly and damage other systems over time. It may also void your warranty. Higher octane fuels are often required for engines with a higher compression ratio to force more air into the engine. Increasing pressure in the cylinder allows an engine to extract more mechanical energy from a given air/fuel mixture but requires higher octane fuel to keep it from predetonating. In these engines, high octane fuel will improve performance and fuel economy.

Premium (91 Octane): Contains 90% gas and 10% Ethanol for Higher Performance Engine Vehicles

Flex Fuels-E30: Contains 70% gas and 30% Ethanol & Flex Fuels-E85 :Contains 15% gas and 85% Ethanol

For Use in Flex Fuel Vehicles ONLY

It is thought to be the “sweet spot” for flex fuels, optimizing performance and gas mileage. Flex fuel vehicles are built to use regular unleaded gasoline , E15, E85 or any combination of ethanol and regular gas, including the E20 and E30 blends. By filling your FFV with a higher ethanol blend, you’ll be using more renewable, cleaner burning ethanol and less oil based gasoline. Support home grown renewable fuels!
