I had gotten an estimate from tires plus where I live and it was $1400. I come to VIP to get my oil changed, and when you did your safety inspection you noticed the same thing that they did. But you had a way to fix it for only $300. Amazing.

I couldn't get heat via the heater or defroster...............even the dealership couldn;t for some reason back a few years ago................so i lived with it. Finally, I decided to let VIP deal with it and they figured it out. It is nice to be able to drive in a WARM car and to have an ice- and fog-free windshield. Way to go, VIP!

Gabby the service manage did an excellent job with my son's car. This was the Best Service I had in the entire 2016 from anyone. She was right on the money with us up front. Knew the ins and out of our car and how it should get fixed. If I needed a Service Advisor for anything - I would call Gabby first.. Thank you VIP because that is how we were felt.

Went in for a battery installment(was a weird side mount so i couldnt do it) by tow truck. No appointment. They got me in and out in an hour on a very busy day! Wonderful! I returned 4 days later to find that an appointment i had for a blower motor replacement was not put into the system. They still got me in that day and provided a ride home for me as well as a pickup. They went above and beyond when i explained i couldnt pay them until 4pm as my fiance had to pick up his check and deposit it. That u pickup ride drove us to his work, the bank, and back to the shop! Very friendly staff. Been going here for a year roughly and will keep going! Very decently priced for an auto service shop also! They don't try to sell you extra stuff or pressure you. 5 stars!
